Product Introduction

The HM-H1 is a dual-channel heating air particulate sampler manufactured by HM Instruments, designed for simultaneous collection of particulate matter (PM2.5/PM10) and gaseous pollutants in ambient air. The instrument integrates a high-flow particulate sampling channel rated at 10 to 130 L/min with two independent heated gas sampling channels, each operating from 0.100 to 1.000 L/min. Particulate flow accuracy is better than ±2.0% with 0.01 L/min resolution, while gas channel accuracy reaches ±2.5% at 0.001 L/min resolution. The PM2.5 cutter features Da50 = (2.5 ± 0.2) μm with σg = (1.2 ± 0.1) μm, and the PM10 cutter provides Da50 = (10 ± 0.5) μm with σg = (1.5 ± 0.1) μm. Housed in a compact enclosure measuring 165 × 330 × 275 mm and weighing approximately 4.0 kg, the HM-H1 supports AC220V and optional DC29.4V battery power, with noise below 60 dB(A) and power consumption under 100 W, making it suitable for both fixed-site and semi-portable monitoring applications.
