Product Introduction
The HM-CP150 from HM Instruments is an integrated ultrasonic cell crusher for laboratory disruption, dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, extraction, degassing, cleaning, and reaction acceleration. Ultrasonic energy in liquid creates cavitation that can help break cells, tissues, bacteria, spores, and suspended particles in suitable samples. The integrated enclosure brings the chamber and control system into one compact layout.
With 20-150W ultrasonic power and 0.1-200ml stated crushing capacity, this model is configured for small-volume cell and tissue disruption. Its 7-inch high-definition touchscreen sets ultrasonic on time, off time, and total time. The control system supports intermittent and continuous operation, test and run modes, pause or stop functions, automatic horn matching, frequency tracking, and fault alarm or protection.
The low-noise metal enclosure has sound-insulation material, a large acrylic observation window, electric lifting platform, LED lighting, and UV sterilization. A TC4 titanium-alloy horn and magnesium-aluminum-alloy transducer work with the optional horn sizes specified for this model.
