The HM-T04L is a benchtop multi-parameter water quality analyzer manufactured by HM Instruments, designed to simultaneously measure four critical water quality indicators: Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), ammonia nitrogen (NH₃-N), total phosphorus (TP), and total nitrogen (TN). Built on the rapid digestion spectrophotometry method specified in HJ/T 399-2007, this instrument delivers reliable and repeatable results for environmental monitoring laboratories.
The analyzer runs on an Android 7.1.1 smart operating system with a 10.1-inch high-definition color LCD touchscreen, providing an intuitive graphical interface for method selection, data analysis, and result visualization. Its precision colorimetric cell design ensures consistent light source alignment, eliminating errors caused by light source variation and delivering more accurate detection results. The integrated tube and dish colorimetric system supports both φ16mm digestion tubes and standard cuvettes (10mm, 30mm, 50mm), offering flexibility for different sample volumes and concentration ranges.
Bundled with a 6-hole rapid digestion instrument, the HM-T04L enables efficient sample preparation — heating up to 165°C within 10 minutes with intelligent PID temperature control. The complete system is suitable for industrial wastewater, municipal sewage, and surface water testing across industries including petrochemical, metallurgy, papermaking, brewing, and pharmaceuticals.
