The HM-FZ1 is a portable electrochemical heavy metal analyzer designed for rapid cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb) detection in rice, brown rice, wheat, corn, and water samples. Built on anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV) with single-use screen-printed three-electrode strips, the instrument delivers a detection limit of 0.01 mg/kg in grain — matching the sensitivity requirements of JJF 2037-2023 — without the electrode maintenance burden of conventional reusable systems. The 7-inch Android touchscreen, built-in thermal printer, and Wi-Fi data upload capability make the HM-FZ1 suitable for provincial grain inspection stations, food processing QC laboratories, and environmental monitoring field programs.
