The comprehensive pesticide residue detector, in addition to following the national standard to detect organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides, can also accurately detect specific pesticides by item, including avermectin, acetamiprid, clothianidin, thiamethoxam, chlorpyrifos, flubendiamide, oxydemeton, carbofuran, phorate and many other insecticide compounds.
Detection method: The detection of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides adopts the enzyme inhibition rate colorimetric method according to the national standard method (GB/T5009.199-2003). Both acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase reagents can be used, which meets the requirements of national standards and Ministry of Agriculture standards; the sub-item detection is based on colloidal gold immunochromatography to quickly and accurately detect a large number of each pesticide.
